In the words of my old college dean..."Don't even respond Hooker!"

I remember taking driver's ed, and learning that you should always steer your way out of trouble...instead of slamming on your breaks, speeding up, or freaking out.

I'll have to check that book out!

as one priveleged to work with ryan on a weekly basis i can truely say that pastor ryan is a pro at dealing with "spears." i appreciate his calm demeanor even when he may not feel calm on the inside. it is a show of confidence and peace that only can come from God in times of trouble.

when i think about king david i think about how successful he was in having Godly power. i love that even when davids enemies were completely surrounding him at the end of the day he could say boldly; "the Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom should i be afraid?"

king david is hands down my favorite biblical character aside from Christ. i need to read that book as well!

Very good stuff...I think one good point in David's life is that he was constantly asking the Lord to search his heart to ensure he had God's heart in every situation.

Often what we view as an attack against ourselves, our ministry and God himself is someone picking up and throwing back a spear we ourselves chunked first... (I speak from experience)

I will check out the book it sounds like one of those Holy Ghost check up books...I try to read the Final Quest by Rick Joyner once a year as I never fail to see areas in my life and in my heart that are out of line..

I appreciate you guys doing this...what a blessing!!!
