		<description>3. Dont forget to duplicate yourself in others.  This is kind of like delegating but even deeper.  When you find that one person who has a call on their life dont forget to bring them along side of you to learn to do what you do.  Then when it is time for you to transition you will have someone to pick up the slack.

4. Dont forget that your main job is to support your pastor and make him look good.  I like Bro Jims teaching on this.  His posts and teaching have taught me that it is my job to make sure that my pastor shines.  It is not his job to make sure that I shine.</description>
