The first thing I thought about was how I need to exercise more. For a few weeks I have been thinking that I should jog in the mornings. I should take better care of the temple, so to speak. But life is busy and the excuses are so many. I wonder if I would get up and jog every morning for a year if someone offered me a million bucks? Okay, now the Lord is convicting me!
