Be honest. If you’re like 95% of children’s pastors, you are working on a tight budget. Here’s a website you need to know about. I just found them a month ago in a Google search. It’s GotPrint.com. We needed some postcards printed for KidzMatter, and they’ll print 5,000 for 99 bucks. (See the card we printed.) These aren’t black and whites, they are full-color, glossy, with a bleed. If you find a better deal let me know, it’s the best I have found. I uploaded the artwork and in a week I had them in my hands.
Check it out for yourself. Think of the hundreds of ways you could use 5,000 postcards. Hey, you’ll only be out a couple pennies each and your senior pastor will be proud of the money you saved.

We use overnightprints.com and 48hrprints.com. They both do the same kind of thing. I just checked overnightprints.com and you can get what you did for 89. I know that it is only 10 bucks but when you have a tight budget every dollar counts.
never mind that was only for 1000 not 5000 sorry. I will be checking them out.

I’m also thinking about that roll of labels - or the stickers - easy nametags for teachers with the logo already on it in color! Logo on the label - write their name on it - and no more lost laminated tags we have to re-make!

I’ve been using them for several years now, and they’ve always been awesome.
I also recommend http://www.superiorbillboardimage.com for full color vinyl banners. They only charge $1.20 per sq. ft. A pain to deal with, but very cheap.
