Sorry ya'll just drove back to Oklahoma from Alabama.
Back in the 70's when I started being a CP there was no such thing as game books so I would go to the store and take things like bubble wrap and make a whole game night where every game involved stuff like bubble wrap or cups or to go containers etc. As far as bubble wrap cut it into squares I would divide kids in teams by numbering them off to break up friends so they would have fun with kids they might not know. I would have them do a number of relays like pot it by sitting in a chair, with their hands, put on knee pads and pop with knees, step on it, if you can think it up make a game out of it.
I always give away tons of points never give away 5 or 10 give away 50,000 it doesn't cost you any more and the kids dig it.
hope that helps,

That's cool, Jim! When I taught public school, I always did Hop on Pop in honor of Dr. Seuss and we hopped on pop all day long as I covered our classroom floor with bubble wrap. Hmmm...it's got me thinking about how I can do something like that at church! I'd love to know about your bubble wrap olympics!
