		<description>Ok. you make an interesting point&#60; "Volunteers need to be needed more then we need the help" How do we make them feel needed? We've been trying different things and we are not gaining a lot of ground. We have some there that are serving out of obligation rather then motivation for winning little souls and teaching them the kingdom.

How do we get them excited again about what their involved with? and then what's the best way to recruit new ones?
