Ouch, good reminder for someone who has that issue…me. My husband and I will be taking our first vacation in 6 years and I know nothing would make him happier than me leaving my lap top at home. He deserves that!

On my day off, usually Fridays, I try to leave my phone off and computer shut down. Can’t always do it, but when I do it is so rewarding to focus on my family.
