Good question.

My one thing is to create an atmosphere/environment that kids can't stay away from [because it celebrates who they are and introduces them to God in a way that causes them to want more of Him and share more of Him].

Great post Evan, I pray as many children's leaders as possible reads this. Your post is just like the "HedgeHog Concept" in the book "Good to Great". It's something how many business & ministries fall short of what they are really called to be which is Great, but instead settle for just Good. Keep them coming Evan.

My "one thing" that I am most passionate about is cultivating excitement in the church, especially within the age range: teen-young adult, about what Jesus can and will do their life! Usually, the first thought I have when I meet a new person is: "What is this persons potential withing the body of Christ?" Its not that I'm judging them, but its more discerning what their talents and passion is and getting excited about all of the amazing things I can visualize them doing for the cause of Christ! Because I am excited to be a child of the King, I strongly desire others to come to know Him as well; and thus, live for him productively! I want others to know they are loved by a Holy Creator who can bring healing and hope. I could go on and on but since this is my "one thing" I guess I will stop here:)
